Marco Sitar

computer engineering student @ njit.

this is a place on the internet for my projects and ongoing work.

seeking research/internships in signal processing, realtime systems, and neurotechnology.

experienced in systems programming, protocol implementation, reverse engineering/tooling, realtime systems, kotlin, rust, and c.

words

i started programming in my teens and spent a lot of time building and contributing to personal, public, and private projects. now interested in systems whose behavior evolves over time, originally from network protocols and realtime communication to signal processing and dynamic systems.

virtually all of my projects begin as attempts to better understand something and usually turns into tooling, implementations, or other experiments.

selected projects

dnskotlin: a dns protocol implementation in kotlin.
kord: a open-source discord library whose voice module i developed and now help maintain.
kmail: an (unfinished but functioning) mailserver written from the ground up in kotlin.
prototype electrocardiograph (writeup in progress): an ongoing project to understand biosignals, analog frontend design, and signal processing from the circuit and signal level upward.
